Memory Care Manor offers an environment for people to live, not just reside. We encourage freedom within a secure setting. Our goal is to maximize independence in a safe environment. We provide a community where dependent adults with dementia receive care and support in the Christian spirit of love and compassion.

Memory Care Manor provides for residents who meet the criteria needing a secure environment having boundaries and activities to enhance the life of the person struggling with memory and/or behavioral diagnosis. Memory Care Manor is a part of the continuum of care on the campus of the Strawberry Point Lutheran Home Community.

Cost is based on the resident’s level of care. Level of care is based on the professional assessments of the care plan team. This is done within the first 14 days of admission and quarterly thereafter unless there is a significant change in the resident’s condition. Prices reflect a private room at a low, medium, or high level of care.

Daily rates at Memory Care Manor

Low Level – $210     Medium Level – $220     High Level – $235

(Private pay skilled is available at $305/day)

The price is a per day charge and includes individualized activities and approaches to the activities of daily living, restorative care, incontinence care and products, medication administration and management, soap, shampoo, oral care and products, mobility assistance, meals, snacks, laundry services, care planning and other cares and amenities.

Strawberry Point Lutheran Home Community Campus Amenities: Onsite beauty/barber, pastoral care, chapel, on-site church service, community rooms, library, scheduled activities, guest rooms, guest meals, and convenient parking.
